Terms Of Service

Hello Wellcome to my T.O.S
By buying something from me (i.e. sending me payment through Paypal in exchange for your Commission or Adopt) you are agreeing to the terms listed in this document. Please note that these terms of service are final. I hold all commissioners to the same standard so that both parties are treated fairly. If there is something in the terms listed that you would like to discuss, please message me! It is entirely up to the customer to make sure that they have read the TOS before commissioning. Thank you!

General Info

( art may take up to 2days-1week )
Due to "school, house work, home work ,etc." , some art orders may take longer to complete. I agree to message you any/all updates regarding timeline changes or art progress updates so you can be sure you are happy with the outcome of the purchase.
I OWN the rights to MY artwork. You may not use the artwork for repeated money-gaining purposes or vast redistribution (selling my art on shirts, tracing the art to sell, etc.! Even if you bought the art as a commission), This ALSO includes any characters designed SPECIFICALLY by me.
I have the right to refuse any commission. This however will rarely happen.
When and if you decide to commission me, I ask you to contact me and provide me a detailed reference of your character. If there is a specific pose or facial expression let me know that as well.
Don't rush me,
I try to work in the order that I receive payment for commissions and this will vary depending on what I feel like working on THAT DAY.
If you are commissioning me, please check my Twitter "account's" current work to make sure you like my style.
I allow changes and adjustments to the pieces as I work on them. I will not do DRASTIC changes past the lineart stage! I send plenty of progress shots so you can approve it! I will NOT fix art that you come back weeks later and would like changed.
If you are commissioning me,
At the moment I accept PAYPAL only in USD.
When commissions are completed, I contact you to let you know. All digital pieces will be sent to you!

What can you do with my art?

When receiving your commission, YOU ARE ALLOWED TO:

You may upload the image to any Art places you want. I kindly ask that if you do, please credit me. Just mention my name in the caption!
you can print out whatever work I do for you, show it off to friends, etc.

When receiving your commission YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO:

You are NOT ALLOWED to use my artwork to gain a profit! You are NOT ALLOWED to sell copies of your commission, Your commission is STRICTLY and ONLY for PERSONAL USE.
You are NOT ALLOWED to claim the work as your own, You are NOT ALLOWED to trace the commission. A commission is meant to be an original work by an artist SPECIFICALLY created for you.
